Tropical Fruit Skin

Due to climate warming, fruits will migrate in the next 30 years. Tropical fruits and cacti will colonize more land. Humans want to use tropical fruits and cacti as food sources. I am designing the skin/ texture of the sweeter, more hydrating tropical fruits and cactus in the future.
